Sarah Gale currently serves as the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme & War Pensions Manager at the Royal Air Forces Association since March 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at The Royal British Legion for nearly a decade in various capacities including War Pensions Advisor, Membership Support Officer, and Area Administrator. Experienced in course management with Common Purpose, Sarah oversaw customized training programs for UK organizations, collaborating with NHS entities. Previous positions include Receptionist at Aggregate Industries, Personnel Supervisor at Access to Music, and Bureau de Change cashier at Eurochange. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management from Leeds Beckett University and an Advanced GNVQ in Leisure & Tourism from West Cheshire College.
