Yousef Hashim is an experienced professional in the fields of digital and technology affairs, currently serving as the General Manager of Digital and Technology Affairs and Director of Digital Platforms at the وزارة الثقافة Ministry of Culture since August 2021. Prior to this role, Yousef held the position of Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for the Digital Banking Group at The Saudi National Bank from April 2021 to August 2021. Yousef's extensive career at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB spanned from 2010 to April 2021, where various roles included Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Programmer Analyst - Oracle EB-Suite, Developer, and Technical Support Engineer. Yousef holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Abdulaziz University, graduating in 2010 with a GPA of 4.15.
