Pedro Gomez Salcedo is a Senior Structural Civil Engineer at Minera Chinalco Perú S.A., engaged in the Toromocho Expansion Project Stage II since October 2023, overseeing civil, architectural, and structural disciplines while managing engineering development and contractor inquiries. Prior experience includes Project Civil Engineer roles at Southern Peru Copper Corporation and various resident engineer positions at IMCO Servicios SAC, contributing to projects such as the Toquepala Expansion and various civil works. Pedro holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa and has pursued multiple diplomas in project management and Lean Construction, currently advancing studies in Geotechnical Science at the same university.
