Darly Mondaca is an experienced professional currently serving as Especialista Sala de Control CIO at BHP since June 2021. Prior to this role, Darly gained practical experience as Ayudante de Laboratorio de Procesos Metalúrgicos at Universidad de Santiago de Chile, where laboratory experiments simulated the extraction of copper oxides through leaching and solvent extraction from March to August 2018. Additionally, Darly completed engineering internships at Diamantina Christensen, focusing on the fabrication of drilling tools and conducting metallurgical analyses between April and June 2018. Darly is currently pursuing further education at Universidad de Santiago de Chile, expected to culminate in July 2024, having previously completed a degree there from 2013 to 2017.
