Henrry Paredes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and commercial operations within the mining industry. Currently serving as the Supply Chain and Commercial Manager at Minera Chinalco Peru S.A. since April 2013, Henrry is responsible for overseeing the supply chain process, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory control, as well as the commercial aspects of copper products. Prior to this role, Henrry spent over a decade at Newmont Mining Corporation, where positions included Permitting Senior Manager and Regional Supply Chain Director for South America, focusing on permitting strategies and comprehensive supply chain processes. Earlier experience includes managing planning and inventory control at Southern Peru Copper Corporation. Henrry Paredes holds an M.B.A. from Universidad ESAN and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Engineering.
