Stephen Fazekas is an accomplished senior commercial management leader with extensive experience in industrial sales, business development, and advanced manufacturing. Currently serving as Head of CV Development NNA at Novelis since October 2022, Stephen has previously held significant roles including Regional Business Director at Cascade Die Casting Group, Inc. and Corporate Director of Sales and Business Development at Shiloh Industries, where responsibilities extended to managing sizeable budgets and leading teams to drive strategic growth.
