Darwin Trejo is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in operations management and blasting services. Currently serving as Superintendente de Operaciones Mina at Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. since November 2018, Darwin oversees operational results in drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling. Previously, Darwin held the position of Jefe Servicio de Voladura at FAMESA and worked as Superintendente de Perforación y Voladura at Minera Las Bambas, where responsibilities included planning and executing drilling and blasting work during construction and pre-stripping phases. Additional roles include Senior Supervisor of Drilling and Blasting at Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. and Jefe de Perforación y Voladura at SOUTHERN PERU COPPER CORPORATION. Darwin Trejo holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and is pursuing a Master’s in Mining Management at GERENS Escuela de Postgrado.
