Oldemar Alfaro has a diverse work experience in the creative design industry. Oldemar started their career at Leo Burnett as a Senior Designer in 2006 and later worked as a Digital Creative Lead at BOSZ Digital in 2009. In the same year, they joined Tribu DDB as a Project Manager and also served as a Creative Web Designer at Buffalo Studio in 2010.

From 2011 to 2016, Oldemar worked at Hangar, Critical Mass, and Omnicom, taking on roles such as Lead Designer and Senior Visual and Lead Designer. During this time, they managed hybrid teams, taught and polished creative executions, and collaborated with Critical Mass teams on various projects.

In 2016, Oldemar joined Sweet Rush Inc. as a Senior UI Designer, where they focused on brainstorming and developing digital solutions, creating graphic interfaces, and mentoring the team. Oldemar also worked at MindTrust as a Senior Visual Designer, responsible for creating UX interfaces, building mobile apps, and providing coaching and mentoring support.

Their most recent position was as a Creative Director at Codistry, where they led and motivated the creative department, collaborated with other departments to deliver engaging content, and ensured client satisfaction.

Oldemar Alfaro earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from UAM, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they attended Escuela Los Ángeles de Ipís, although there is no information regarding their degree or field of study at that institution. In terms of certification, Oldemar obtained a certification in Motion Graphics with After Effects from Universidad Creativa in October 2022. Oldemar also received certifications in Figma for UX Design from LinkedIn in May 2020 and in You, Me and SVG from Code School in October 2016.
