Kendra Kosko Isaacson

Principal at Mindset

Kendra Kosko Isaacson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of law and policy. Kendra has held various roles throughout their career, including being a Principal at Mindset since 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law, Georgetown University Law Center, and The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.

Kosko Isaacson also had a significant role as the Pensions Policy Director and Senior Tax Counsel for Senator Patty Murray at the United States Senate from 2023 to 2023. Kendra previously worked as Senior Pensions Counsel at the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) for Senator Patty Murray and as an Employee Benefits Law Specialist at the U.S. Department of Labor. Kendra also worked as the VP- Government Relations and Policy Counsel at HR Policy Association/Center On Executive Compensation and as an Associate at Slevin & Hart.

Throughout their career, Kosko Isaacson has provided expert advice, managed legislative agendas, drafted legislation and amendments, and engaged in research and analysis on various law and policy issues related to retirement security, pensions, employee benefits, and HR matters.

Kendra Kosko Isaacson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at Dartmouth College from 1995 to 1999. Kendra then pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 2002 to 2006. Afterward, Kendra enrolled at Georgetown University Law Center from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a concentration in Tax.
