Chalyse Elsasser has a diverse background in executive coaching, business operations management, and patient advocacy. Currently, Chalyse serves as a Senior Executive Coach & Head of EA Recruiting Service at Mindmaven, focusing on helping leaders optimize their potential and relationships. Prior to this, Chalyse worked at Duke University Health System as a Patient Advocate, assisting indigent patients with obtaining necessary medications. Chalyse also has experience in streamlining business operations and managing relationships at a junior coaching and operations management level.
