Reginald Reed Jr has been in the workforce since 2012. Reginald began as a Project Manager at Roofed Right America LLC, where they read blueprints and did takeoffs on roof plans, determined project costs, and estimated roofs with company profits. In 2016, they founded and became CEO of both Mindful Companies and Mindful Staffing Solutions LLC. In 2018, they founded Mindful Measures Inc, where they used proprietary software to produce trademarked "Real Time Resumes" that displayed real time metrics of skill sets, attributes, and characteristics. Reginald also founded and became CEO of Mindful Performance Division LLC that same year.

Reginald Reed Jr attended John Marshall High School from 1999 to 2003, where they studied advanced math and science.
