Ashley Davies has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies in the education and research fields. Ashley began their career in 2011 as a Clinical Research Assistant at CRI Worldwide, where they assisted in conducting research studies and developed strong relationships with subjects and colleagues. In 2014, they joined Westat as a Research Associate and later became an Education Research Assistant, supporting teachers and district staff across multiple cities on a project funded by The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In 2014, they joined Amplify as an Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts and fostering client relationships. In 2015, they joined Schoology as a Client Success Manager, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement, and later transitioned to the role of Product Engagement Specialist. Since 2018, Ashley has been at Degreed, initially serving as a Technical Success Manager, then progressing to roles such as Team Lead, Technical Success, and Director, Technical Success. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Technical Services at Degreed.
Ashley Davies attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Ashley has additional certifications in various fields, including "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" from Coursera (obtained in October 2013), "Social Psychology" from Coursera (obtained in September 2013), and "Introduction to Project Management for Surveys" from the Joint Program in Survey Methodology (obtained in November 2012). Ashley also holds several teaching certifications from the New Jersey Department of Education, including a "New Jersey Certificate of Advanced Standing- Elementary School with Subject Matter Specialization: Language Arts/Literacy Specialization in Grades 5-8", a "New Jersey Certificate of Advanced Standing- Elementary Teacher, Grades K-5", and a "New Jersey Certificate of Eligibility- Teacher of Supplemental Instruction: Reading and Mathematics, Grades K-8". Additionally, they have a "Pennsylvania Certificate -Elementary K-6" from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
