Philipp Volnov has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Philipp began as a Newswriter and community manager at Rambler in February 2012, and then moved on to Riot Pixels in November 2012, where they held the role of Author, News Writer, and Community Manager. In 2013, they became a Project Manager at DigDog and held that role until December 2015. In December 2015, they joined Mindbox LLC as a Customer Success Manager and later became the Director of Customer Success. Philipp is currently with Mindbox, a B2B SaaS company, and has been instrumental in their expansion into Europe and the US markets.

Philipp Volnov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Moscow Pedagogical State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In June 2017, they also received the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile.
