Jean-Michel Repellin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and account management across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Flip.to since September 2022, Jean-Michel focuses on enhancing traveler engagement through authentic marketing strategies. Prior roles include Salesforce CRM project manager at Business France, where Jean-Michel managed product delivery and advocated for 1,500 users, as well as various account management positions within the aerospace and infrastructure sectors. Additional experience includes establishing a distribution network in South America with A.C.F. and leading sales efforts in Mexico with Business France. Jean-Michel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and has a foundational education in Economic and Social Sciences from Liceo Franco-Mexicano.
