Phil Jeong currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at MIMCO since October 2024. Prior to this role, Phil was the Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Killam Development from October 2016 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing acquisition and development opportunities across various property types in Texas. Phil's earlier experience includes positions as Director of Real Estate Finance and Senior Financial Analyst at E. & J. Gallo Winery, and roles at MGM Resorts International and The Cordish Company. Phil earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA with a concentration in Financial Management from Arizona State University, and a certification in Data Science in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Phil's diverse background includes professional poker playing prior to focusing on finance.
