Phil Mayer has an extensive work history in the financial sector. Phil began their career as a Consultant in Financial Services at Oliver Wyman from 2002 to 2005. Phil then worked as a Senior Associate at Daroth Capital Advisors from 2007 to 2010. Phil then joined Kaplan Ventures as a Director of Venture Capital from 2010 to 2012. Phil went on to become the Chief Financial Officer at Excel Sports Management from 2012 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Artimus Construction Inc.

Phil Mayer earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School in 2002. Phil then pursued an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Global Business, completing it in 2007. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Staples High School from 1994 to 1998.
