Michiel Baay is an experienced professional in technical support management, currently serving as the Manager of the Technical Support Area at Mimaki Europe B.V. since March 2017, overseeing a team of over 15 members in issue resolution and engineer management. Prior roles include managing the Analysis and Escalation team, leading a five-engineer team for the CISMEA and IT region, and providing technical support to dealer engineers in the EMEA region. Michiel's background includes product design experience at the Technical University of Delft, where responsibilities included the design of an interactive exposition and prototype development. Additionally, Michiel contributed to the Formula Student Team Delft by participating in recruitment and ergonomics engineering for an award-winning electric racecar.
