Shareca Thompson is an experienced professional in the culinary and banquet management sectors, currently serving as the Banquet Operations Manager and previously as Sous Chef at Milwaukee Athletic Club since December 2021. Prior to this role, Shareca held the position of Catering Manager at Levy Restaurants and served as Catering Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for three years. Additional experience includes serving as Banquet Chef at HeartLove Place Ministries and Food Service Manager at VMP Healthcare & Community Living. Starting as Production Kitchen Manager at MCFI - Milwaukee Center For Independence, Shareca has built a robust career in food service management over more than a decade. Shareca holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Milwaukee Area Technical College, completed between 2007 and 2009.
