Chad Millis has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Chad started as a Project Manager and Vice President at Millis Development & Construction in 2003. In 2005, they became the President of Millis Equipment. In 2015, they joined Republic Masonry & Fencing as the Vice President. Since 2016, Chad has been serving as the CEO of Apres Ventures, LP.

Chad Millis has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. In 2018, they started pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, completing it in 2020. In addition to their academic education, Chad has obtained certifications including an Irrigation License from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (expected in 2023), an RME from the Texas Department of Insurance (obtained in 2013), and a Real Estate Broker certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission (obtained in 2005).
