Brian's career began with roles at renowned establishments including Alan Wong's and Michael Mina, contributing to menu development and elevating dessert standards. With an educational background that includes an AA in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu and a BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, Brian combines culinary expertise with business acumen to drive success in pastry operations.
