Crystal B. currently serves as the Manager of Career and Talent Development at MillerKnoll since April 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Meijer from September 2015, where Crystal held roles as Manager of Talent Development and Sr. Learning & Development Specialist. Prior to Meijer, Crystal worked at PetSmart from April 1997 to August 2015, advancing from Store Manager to Regional Training Manager and then to Learning Solutions Manager. In these roles, Crystal contributed to improving performance metrics, managing corporate learning projects, and overseeing training and development initiatives within multiple departments.
