Shannon Bassett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shannon currently holds the position of Talent & People Experience Specialist at Harmoney, starting in September 2022.

Prior to that, Shannon worked at Crowd Sourcing Limited as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from October 2021 to September 2022. Shannon specialized in tech recruitment for startups and scaling companies in the Software Engineering field, providing consulting services related to employee experience.
