Steffen Paiva is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Spacecraft Harness Engineering Manager at Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, since September 2022, Steffen previously held positions at Lockheed Martin as a Staff Electrical Engineer and Project Engineer within the Aeronautics - Skunk Works division. Prior experience includes roles as an Engineer at Capital Engineering Consultants, Inc., and a Mechanical Engineer at Mechanical Engineers Of Hawaii Corp. and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF, where expertise in HVAC systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and engineering design was demonstrated. Steffen holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by two associate degrees.
