Andrew Arnold is a highly experienced Principal System Engineer currently working at Raytheon Technologies since March 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew held various engineering positions at Northrop Grumman and Raytheon, including Senior Systems Engineer and roles within the Engineering Leadership Development Program. Andrew’s research experience includes work as an REU researcher at Penn State University, focusing on ter-polymer thin films, and at the University of New Mexico, studying the synthesis of metallic nanorods and nanowires in collaboration with Sandia National Laboratory. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Material Science and Engineering, both from Cornell University.
