Julie Mitchell has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving in the Department of Labor - AanjiBimaadizing for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe since January 2016. Prior to this role, Julie held positions at Specialty Pallet + Crate as Human Resources Manager and Chippewa Valley Technical College as an Adjunct Instructor. Julie's career includes significant leadership roles at BAE Systems, where responsibilities included Manager of Organizational Development & Leadership and Manager of Talent & Leadership Development. Earlier experience also includes serving as Training Manager at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. Julie Mitchell earned a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from Mount Senario College.
