Ann O'Donnell is an experienced professional in grants management and finance, currently serving as a Grants Management Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice since April 2024. Prior roles include Finance Manager and Senior Finance Coordinator at The Brookings Institution, as well as positions in procurement and international distribution at organizations such as Population Services International and CorneaGen. Ann's work at Mercy Corps involved developing strategies to enhance the representation of female staff in Mali, complemented by various roles in community environmental conservation during a tenure with the Peace Corps. Ann holds a Master's degree in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, a BA in International/Global Studies from the University of Washington, and a Spanish language certificate from Universidad de Granada.
