With a comprehensive skill set in inventory control management, Gaurav has conducted various audits, facilitated process improvements, and coordinated with ERP teams to optimize operations. Gaurav's earlier tenure at Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. as Assistant Manager and DC Incharge further solidified expertise in stock management and team leadership.
