Marina Foa' Gips has extensive work experience in the field of milk analysis and laboratory management. Marina began their career in 1989 at the Kimron Veterinary Institute, Ministry of Agriculture, where they worked in residue control analysis until 1999. From 1999 to 2020, Marina worked at the Israel Cattle Breeders' Association (ICBA) as a Laboratory Manager, overseeing the central Milk Laboratory, which conducted approximately 1.5 million milk analysis per year. In 2020, Marina joined Mileutis Ltd. as a Milk Analysis Senior Project Manager.
Marina Foa' Gips began their education at Liceo Classico "A. Volta" Como from 1971 to 1976, where they obtained their Maturita' Classica degree. Marina then went on to pursue further studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1979 to 1985, earning their M.Sc. in Animal Sciences. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at the same university from 1990 to 1995, where they completed their Ph.D. in Animal Sciences and Pharmacy, specializing in Pharmacokinetics.
