Daniel Owen is a Clinical Project Manager at Richmond Pharmacology, having progressed from a Clinical Research Scientist within a graduate scheme since August 2020. In this role, Daniel oversees various phase I to III clinical trials, provides weekly study updates to the Principal Investigator, manages variances, maintains communication with internal and external stakeholders, and mentors new recruits. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at Durham University's Biomedical Sciences Department in 2019, where Daniel contributed to a project investigating copper binding sites in proteins related to Neisseria gonorrhoeae through growth and colorimetric assays. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Durham University, completing the degree in 2020 after secondary education at Sir John Lawes from 2010 to 2017.
