Joy Khairul has extensive experience in compliance and management within the garment industry, currently serving as Divisional Manager at Miles GmbH, a Li & Fung company, since October 2013. Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance for Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Ethiopia, focusing on improvements related to legal requirements, labor law, social compliance, occupational health and safety, and environmental sustainability. Prior roles include positions as Senior Manager and Manager at Miles GmbH, as well as a Compliance Field Representative at Top of the World, and an IT Manager at Viyellatex Group. Joy Khairul holds an MBA in Marketing from The International University and multiple degrees, including an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science.
