Ryan Schiffino has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ryan started their career at Laurel Creek Country Club as a Server, where they played a key role in improving the quality of service and meeting client expectations.

Later, they worked at ProPhoenix Corporation as a Marketing Coordinator, where their responsibilities included supporting the sales force, proposal creation, software demonstrations, coordinating industry conferences, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining marketing collateral. Ryan also conducted quality assurance testing of proprietary software and managed inventory levels using company-developed software.

Currently, Ryan is employed at Miles Technologies, where their role evolved from Software Client Coordinator to Software Consultant. As a Software Consultant, they work closely with customers, understanding their challenges, and turning concepts into tangible solutions through custom roadmap planning. Ryan'sbroad software project team experience allows him to provide unique perspectives and assist clients in completing successful projects.

Ryan Schiffino earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Rutgers Business School, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Rowan College at Burlington County from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Ryan obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2019.
