Frank White is the driving force behind Optensity’s app composition and cloud virtualization vision. He brings over 25 years experience in component based software systems ranging from original R&D through commercial product delivery and world-wide support. He also bring substantial experience as chief architect on several enterprise-scale information systems and cloud-based utility computing programs within the US DoD and IC. Prior to co-founding Optensity, Mr. White was employed by Solers, Inc. as Chief Architect for Mission Ground Systems, where he led several highly innovative advanced R&D programs for the National Reconnaissance Office, the Office of Naval Research, and others. Mr. White also founded Ellipsis, Inc., a software company that built a composable laboratory information management software (LIMS) product that enjoyed world-wide sales. The software IP was sold to National Instruments, Inc. in 1996.
Mr. White holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Tufts University.
