Joe Daubert is an experienced educator currently working as a teacher for Mifflin County School District. Previously, Joe owned High Country Express from 2015 to 2016. Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wilkes University, earned between 2010 and 2012, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
