Hyder Ali Memon, P.E., is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in compliance engineering, substation design, and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Principal Compliance Engineer at Midwest Reliability Organization since March 2021, Hyder evaluates adherence to NERC Reliability Standards and improves compliance processes. Previous roles include Project Engineer and Senior Substation Engineer at NV5 | Sebesta, along with positions at Open Systems International and Stantec, where Hyder led HV, MV, and LV power system design projects. Hyder's career began at the Water and Power Development Authority in Pakistan, managing mid-sized power network projects and supervising large teams.
