Paul Roderick CPCU ARM currently serves as the Manager of Claims Operations (Digital Product) at Midwest Employers Casualty, where responsibilities include translating user requirements into digital product specifications and leading strategic initiatives that bridge business and technical objectives. With a background in risk management, Paul has also acted as an advisor to closely held businesses, providing legal, accounting, and risk management guidance. Previous experience includes directing risk management for St. Louis County and serving in project management for CSC. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology Management from Saint Louis University, along with an SAP Certificate.
