Ahmed Al-Shukaili is a seasoned professional in human resources and corporate affairs with extensive experience across various organizations in Oman. Currently serving as the VP of the Labour Market & Employment Sector at the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Petroleum Development Oman, Ahmed has previously held significant leadership roles such as GM Corporate Support at Oman Post and Vice President of Human Resources at Oman Global Logistics Group. With a strong track record in Omanisation, talent acquisition, and HR strategy development, Ahmed has contributed to numerous transformation and innovation programs, including the establishment of performance management frameworks and corporate support policies. Ahmed's educational background includes an MSc in Organisational Change and Development from The University of Manchester and a BA in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
