Bobby Adams is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineer at Mid-West Spring & Stamping since November 2022, Bobby has previously held the role of Manufacturing Engineer at CTE Solutions from July 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included programming CNC lathes and mills, troubleshooting, and implementing process improvements. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tecomet Inc. from May 1998 to July 2019 as Special Manufacturing Engineer Tech and Environmental Health and Safety Deputy, with similar responsibilities related to CNC programming and process development. Additionally, Bobby contributed to the community as a football coach at Tippecanoe Middle School from 2005 to 2014, focusing on defense coordination and coaching the offensive line. Education was completed at Tippecanoe Valley High School.
