Sean West has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Design Engineer at Meta Tool Technologies since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Process Engineer at Shape Corp. from 2019. Before that, Sean was a Graduate at Eastern Michigan University from 2016. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Shape Corp. in 2015, where they focused on streamlining production systems and designing guards for plant use. Sean's earliest role was as a Roll Form Technician I at Shape Corp. from 2010 to 2014, where they operated machinery and conducted equipment start-ups and shut-downs.

Sean West completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Michigan University. Sean began their studies in 2016 and successfully completed the program in 2019.
