Mitzi Smith is an accomplished leader in the financial services sector with extensive experience in digital delivery and community outreach. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Delivery at Mid Oregon Credit Union since November 2020, Mitzi also holds positions as Digital Experience Director and Remote Services Manager. Previously, from October 2001 to March 2020, Mitzi worked at Maps Credit Union in various roles including Community Outreach Manager and Community Development Officer, where responsibilities included managing the Maps Community Foundation and securing funding for community initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Financial Services Officer, Financial Services Specialist, and Teller, showcasing a diverse skill set in sales, service, and operational management. Mitzi Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Health from George Fox University.
