Digital Experience: Content Strategy, Design & Research Leader at Wells Fargo

Robin McClarren is a seasoned professional at Wells Fargo, with experience spanning from January 2003 to the present in various leadership roles focused on digital experience, content strategy, and user research. As the Digital Experience: Content Strategy, Design & Research Leader, Robin leads a team of digital consultants to enhance employee digital channels. Previously, as the Enterprise Digital Content, Design & Delivery Manager, Robin managed an in-house team to create user-centric website solutions. Additional roles include Implementation Manager, where strategic direction for complex initiatives was provided, and Communications Manager, which involved oversight of creative marketing material production. Robin also served as a Trustee and PTTA President at Children's Day School from 2009 to June 2013. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Temple University, earned in 1989.
