Matt Shelley serves as the Vice President of MPG Solutions at Microwave Products Group since March 2021, focusing on antenna placement optimization and RF cosite interference mitigation. Prior to this role, Matt Shelley was the Vice President and General Manager at Pole/Zero Corporation from January 2010 to March 2021, where leadership involved providing unique RF solutions with a comprehensive product suite. Earlier experience includes various managerial roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation from July 2005 to January 2010, including Implementation Manager, where supervision of engineers and optimization of logistics resulted in significant cost savings. Matt Shelley holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
