Srinidhi Rajkumar has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Starting in 2005 at Ocwen as an Analyst, they then joined Microland Limited in 2006 and held various roles including Technical Leader, Technical Trainer, Team Lead, Program Lead, and Project Lead. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Client Engagement Manager, then moved on to become an Associate Director and Director of Customer Success. In 2020, they took on the role of AVP - Customer Success and is currently working as an Associate Vice President - Sales at Microland Limited.

Srinidhi Rajkumar attended Air Force School from 1988 to 1998. Srinidhi then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, completing it from 2001 to 2004.
