Jim Sanderson has extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as Plant Manager at MicroCare, LLC, and Plant Manager/Director of Operations at Certol International since January 1996. In these roles, Jim oversees daily activities of production, planning, and maintenance staff, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. From 1987 to 1996, Jim was the Aircraft Structures Supervisor/Manager at Tracor Aviation, where management of a structural department comprising over 200 mechanics focused on compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Additionally, Jim held the position of Structures Supervisor at Lucas Aviation from 1990 to 1993. Educational background includes studies at Colorado Aero Tech (1983-1984) and the University of Colorado Boulder.
