Ashley Malchow has held various leadership roles in the field of microbiology, quality, and safety. Ashley has been a key member of the executive team at Microbac Laboratories, Inc. overseeing quality systems for Environmental, Food & Nutrition, and Life Science lines of business. Prior to their role at Microbac, Ashley gained experience as an Associate Microbiologist at ConAgra Foods. Ashley's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology from Drake University.
