Gang Li has worked in the biotechnology industry since 2005. Gang began their career as a Postdoc at The J. David Gladstone Institutes in 2005. Gang then moved to System Biosciences in 2009, where they held a role as a Research Scientist. In 2012, Gang Li founded ALSTEM, INC, a biotech company based in the San Francisco Bay Area that specializes in iPS cell reprogramming technology and related products.
Gang Li received a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University in 1993, and later went on to receive their Ph.D. in Chemistry from the same university in 2000.
