Rashmi Shankar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rashmi is currently a Project Manager at MIC Global since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Thomson Reuters as a Data and Model Issue Lead and Associate Technical Architect from April 2022 to February 2023. In this role, they created a framework for data and model risk governance activities, developed enterprise-wide model risk procedures, and communicated risk metrics through training materials and presentations.

From March 2018 to April 2022, Rashmi served as a Senior Team Lead and Project Manager at Qualitest. Before that, they were a Quality Assurance Specialist at Wells Fargo from June 2013 to May 2016.

Rashmi's career began at Tech Mahindra in 2007, where they held various roles such as Project Coordinator, Test Lead, Senior Test Analyst, and Software Test Engineer. Their tenure at Tech Mahindra lasted from July 2007 to May 2013.

Rashmi Shankar completed their education in a chronological order. In 2003, they enrolled in R.K.D.F Institute of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Rashmi graduated from this institution in 2007.

In 2020, Rashmi joined Great Learning and enrolled in the PGP-AIML Program, specializing in Data Science. Rashmi successfully completed this program in 2021 and obtained the title of Certified Data Scientist from Great Learning.

In addition to their formal education, Rashmi has obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they received the certification in Building Trust from LinkedIn and also completed the Lean Six Sigma Foundations course from the same platform. In April 2023, they obtained the Cloud Technical Series '23 certification from the United Latino Students Association. Lastly, in May 2023, Rashmi acquired the Project Management Fundamentals certification from IBM.
