Lucie Howell is the Museum Director of the University of Michigan's Museum of Natural History, providing strategic leadership since August 2024. Additionally, Lucie serves as a board member for Mosaic Film Experience and Youth Arts Alliance, and is an Innovation Advisory Council member for Michigan Virtual. Previously, Lucie held the position of Chief Learning Officer at The Henry Ford, where focus was placed on innovative interdisciplinary learning strategies. Lucie's extensive experience includes roles such as Co-Owner of TLAB LLC, STEM Director at Teach For America in Connecticut, and Adjunct Lecturer at both Johns Hopkins University and the University of Michigan. Lucie holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from the University of London International Programs, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education Management from the University of Chichester, a PGCE in Secondary Science from the University of Sussex, and an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
