Charlotte Baer is a consultant at Michigan Political Consulting since September 2022, where additional responsibilities include serving as Social Chair. Prior experience includes an internship at FGS Global in June 2024, a finance internship with Joe Vogel For Congress from July 2023 to February 2024, and a field fellowship with Elissa Slotkin for Congress from September to November 2022. Charlotte gained experience as a communications intern with Ray McGuire for Mayor in early 2021 and as a research assistant at IBM from September 2018 to March 2021. In a leadership capacity, Charlotte was a Junior Board Director and Social Media Lead for Jewish Unity PAC and served as Director of the High School Division for Jews 4 Joe in 2020. Charlotte is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy at the University of Michigan, expected to graduate in 2025, and previously completed a General Diploma at Briarcliff High School in 2021, in addition to participating in the Summit Program at Tufts University in France since 2019.
