Michelle Miller is a Healthcare Coordinator and Biller at the Michigan Dental Association. Michelle has over five years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. Michelle managed the daily responsibilities of full-cycle recruitment, interviewed both exempt and non-exempt candidates, acted as a consultant to hiring managers for recruiting, selection, and processing applicants, identified and implemented retention efforts to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement, and worked with managers to identify staff learning opportunities to create, deliver, and curate training. Michelle Miller has a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University. Michelle also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University and an Associate of Arts in Arts from Wake Technical Community College.
