Jessica Phillips

Director Of Behavioral Health Quality Assurance And Support at LifePath Systems

Jessica Phillips has a diverse and extensive work experience in the behavioral health field. Jessica started their career as a Rehabilitative Case Manager at Texoma Community Center in 2012 and later transitioned to become a District Parole Officer at TDCJ, where they supervised individuals with mental illnesses and disabilities. Jessica then joined The Wood Group as an Administrator, managing a residential/crisis facility. In 2014, Jessica returned to Texoma Community Center and held multiple roles, including Substance Abuse Counselor, LCDC, HCBS Program Manager/Recovery Manager, Crisis Respite and Residential Facility Administrator, and Director of Crisis Services. In 2019, they moved to LifePath Systems and has since served as a Program Administrator for Behavioral Health Innovations, Assistant Director - Outreach, Training, and Support, and is currently the Director of Behavioral Health Quality Assurance and Support.

Jessica Phillips completed their high school education at Whitesboro High School from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they attended Northwestern State University of Louisiana from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology. Jessica then pursued further studies at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2011, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Psychology. Lastly, from 2014 to 2017, Jessica attended Lubbock Christian University, where they obtained another Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Services, with a general field of study.
